Shipping & Returns

If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.

Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn or showing signs of wear. Items must be make up, fragrance and stain free. All orders should be intact with a do not remove tag, that makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. All items must be unworn, with tags and ties still attached. We will not accept any returns that do not comply.

All original Herd Alpaca Apparel tags must still be attached for a return to be accepted.

Please take note of measurements carefully. We make our garments in one size. The nature of alpaca fibre means it is naturally supple and will stretch to shape. The bespoke nature of the business also ensures the exclusivity of the product. Herd will never create more than 20 items of each design. Furthermore, we will never recreate the exact same colourways year on year due to the increase of variety of animals to the herd.
